Why can’t I download the digital products right now?
MalletWorks does not have online encryption at this time. We do what we can to protect composers' rights.

How are digital products delivered?
Within 24hrs after PayPal notifies us of your purchase you will receive an emailed PDF at the email address associated with that PayPal purchase. If you’d like to be contacted via a different address tell us via malletworks@gmail.com.  
 

Does MalletWorks accept unsolicited submissions for publishing consideration?
Email your mallet-centric project with "Submission" as the subject. Make sure it's as publish-ready as possible before sending. Please understand that as a small publishing house we accept very few unsolicited pieces. But ya never know! We will reply within a month. Note: in general, we do not publish "new" music or experimental genres.

Miscellaneous
Can I post printed materials to Scribd and other file-sharing sites?

Absolutely not. MalletWorks does not have an agreement with any of those parasites. Photocopying and file sharing steal income from creators. Let’s teach our students morals along the way.  

Does MalletWorks ship overseas?
We ship to USA only. For overseas inquiries, please contact one of our fine distributors listed in the Contact area.
